Personality & Traits

General Overview Brandy is a quiet kid who loves work. She says that by keeping busy you don't worry about the what if's in life. If it's gonna happen, it will and you can't stop it so deal with it. Inventive when it warrants it and imaginative when needed.
Strengths & Weaknesses Brandy is straightforward in her mannerism and has a good sense of humor. She can kid around and sometimes she can go too far in kidding around. She is a small time prankster but doesn't get out of hand. Devout to her job and has been known to go without sleep to get the job done. Brandy does have an attitude problem when it comes down to telling her that it won't work. The only way it won't work is if she hadn't already tried to make it work.
Ambitions Brandy wants to be the best Commander Air Group ever. To eventually become an ace pilot and better. She does want to marry eventually, maybe sooner, who can tell. Love is fickle.
Hobbies & Interests Brandy has three main hobbies. First her love of horses. Second, her love of flying. Tinkering with warp theory and propulsion is fascinating for her and making her fighter faster and better each outing. Third, her love of climbing. She climbs mountains like she rides horses. It excites her.
Brandy is interested in breeding horses, reading technical manuals and novels, parties, and lifting weights.

Personal History Born on her parents ranch in Montana's mountain ranges, she was a kid with a dream...to live in the heavens. She wanted to fly in the stars so bad she drove her father crazy. Once her parents promised her that she could fly in the stars, she settled down and grew up a fine young girl. Helping her parents on the ranch, she helped fix many of the antiquated machines that her father insisted on using so she found she had a knack for fixing them and improving on them as well. Finally she was old enough to fly the family plane and that was her calling right there. She learned how to not only fix and repair the plane but she learned how to fly the various fighters that were used for training students.

Schooling was basic and she passed her classes including physical education. She figured that all the work she did on the ranch was not enough so she dived headlong into the grueling flight class and physical education classes. Here is where she enjoyed hefting weights which shocked her instructors and herself. She became quite strong which helped her in the fighter training classes.

Brandy made friends quickly but there were some that caused her grief. They were out one night at a party and it got out of hand and people got hurt. She didn't get hurt but three of her friends did and nearly lost their lives. She had to testify in court and it was no easy task for her to speak against two of her friends that caused the incident. Yet she did and the truth came out and she was completely cleared of blame. From there on, she got picky when choosing her friends.

When she got to the academy, she thought she was dreaming. She was going to be a part of something so big it frightened her somewhat. In the academy, she made several acquaintances and four friends. One of her friends helped her with her studies in engineering and they eventually became buddies. Continuing in her classes, she aced her basic engineering class and by a stroke of sheer luck her flight instructor was amazed by her flight antics and with her knowledge of flying, he put her into Red Squadron. From there she became a senior cadet who taught other cadets that needed help. When she graduated, it was in the top 10% of the graduating class and with honors in flying and command leadership.

She had the good fortune of getting assigned to the USS Aurora as her squadron leader. Brandy loved her ship and the crew. They made her feel welcome and it was about three years into the 6 years that she served, she got promoted to CAG. Still serving on the Aurora she has come a long way and still loves the Norway class ship and her crew. The war that was lost really didn't make her bitter but she lost many friends and all it did was to make her think twice about obeying orders from a foolish captain who threw away his command because of foolish pride.
Service Record Served 6 years on the USS Aurora as her CAG rank Lt. Cmdr.
